Personalized Returns
Our made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you, which means returns are typically not accepted. However, if you're not fully satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

If your stationery or desk accessory isn't what you expected, you can return non personalized ONLY items within 7 days. Our return process is simple, the cost of courier back will ONLY be charged.
